I worked with Colleen at Done Right Inspections LLC. From the start she was personable, responsive and respectful. Done Right did a very thorough inspection of the property. Personally, this was a huge value to me, which helped me make the decision whether to move forward with this home or not. The plumber was here today and scoped and rodded the sewer line. There was dirt and lawn debris right by the cleanout, so much so that they couldn't even get the camera in very far. The "new cap" was replacing a clean out where the cap was broken or missing. No wonder there was dirt and debris. They rodded that out and all looked good (drain was flowing nicely). I insisted they run the camera again and what do you know, the pipe was disconnected right at the corner where the back and side fence meet. It appears when they replaced that side fence the fence company put the post and concrete directly over this pipe. The seller is trying to get the plumber back on Monday to dig up that section and reattached it. The total cost (seller's cost) for the camera inspection and pipe repair will be $3,365. Without Done Right's diligence this would have been my cost. Plumber told me he runs into this a lot with buyers where the inspector never opened up the clean out.

Was a very simple process. Filled out an online form and chose my inspection time. I needed an hour later than was available so I called Colleen and it was no problem. They inspected the entire house including roof and attic, taking lots of pictures and talking to us throughout the inspection. By the end of the same day we received the full report. Definitely should use Colleen and Jim if you need a home inspection!

I just received my home inspection report from Done Right Inspections which is far more detailed than I had imagined.

Colleen and Jim did a fantastic job of going through every part of my home, giving me feedback as they did and taking pictures to illustrate their comments.

Afterwards, they spent time helping me prioritize which issues should be dealt with first and which were actually less important. It is a huge relief for me to know where I stand concerning repairs as I try to decide whether to stay in my home or to sell.
